Watermark was developed almost fifteen years ago. Initially Watermark found a niche market building homes for people who wanted something a little different from what was on offer from the mainstream builders.

With a firm belief that homes need to have striking street appeal & be family friendly we developed the design & construct service.

The design & construct service offered customers even with the smallest budget a chance to have their home designed specifically for their needs with the added advantage of incorporating special features which made their home unique. We became expert at designing & building unique homes for individuals.

However, over a period of time we found customers returning to us once again to build their investment homes.

Once again we set out to meet the challenge of supplying a boutique product with a level of finishes that would attract even the most fastidious renter & still be as individual as our customers. These properties had to be in the right location & close to all amenities.

The challenge to design investment houses that appeal to a wide market has kept us focused on change; as a result we are constantly developing new designs & facades. We strive to keep in touch with market trends and are constantly searching for areas that have potential for future capital gains.

Over the past few years our own team has grown & developed. We have a team of individuals who believe in their product & the building industry. This can only be reflected by the amount of homes & investment homes we build for our own internal staff & contractors.
